Liberty Equality Brotherhood

How am I spending my Fourteenth of July? I slept in, bought a baguette (which even though it came from the supermarket is still warm, crunchy, and delicious), missed the military parade, and am making myself a chevre chaud. Don't worry, chevre in this case means goat cheese, not goat. In the supermarket, I always admire the French selection. They have various kinds of honeys - orange flower honey, mountain honey, wild flower honey, rose petal honey, etc. They have every kind of creamy dessert immaginable, a whole aisle for wine, another for snack peanuts. And, only a few options for frozen food. Foods that I miss from the states: cheap cereal, dessert drinks, chips and salsa, and brownies.
