missing person

In the middle of campus, right by the SWKT is a little square patch of cement, set apart from the typical walkway. On it, was parked a beautiful fire-red automated grocery cart. You know, the ones old people use to drive around the grocery store, probably just to tease everyone else for having to walk when they do their grocery shopping. Back to the story: there was something missing. Among this huge crowd of people, there was no one to claim this red beauty. I looked around as if to see someone crawling down the path, but there was no one handicapped in sight. Who parked this thing in the middle of campus, and where did they go? Isn't the idea behind those things that you can't walk? Either someone was lying when they signed up for one of those, or we have a missing person on our hands - abducted right off of a 4 - mile - an - hour grocery cart.
