spying around

games i love are spying on friends and breaking into locked houses. movies i love are ocean's eleven, james bond, and mr. and mrs. smith. i love wearing tuxedos and driving nice cars.

today, i had an exchange on campus with someone i don't know. a book exchange. something so simple brought me so much excitement. i felt like i was a spy making an exchange of information. but i didn't want it to stop - i wanted to run into the bushes and start following someone.

the other night i had to climb into my window because i forgot my key. it was fun, but i wish it was because i was stealing something priceless.

maybe it is because i want more excitement in my life. no offense provo, but life here isn't exactly hollywood material.

  1. You're really great.
I attempted to do one of those book exchanges last semester, and I felt the same way! Except, I couldn't find the person I was supposed to get the book from, so it wasn't successful. But I still felt like a spy.

  2. yes. i was the spy, instead, and we thought it was going to be a boy, and it was a girl. which was hilarious and great.
